Had a cheat day yesterday. On the good side it didn't make me feel good at all and I didn't enjoy the food as much as I remember it. But at the same time I don't feel like eating high protein or alot of veggies either.
158.3 kg Lost so far: 91.2 kg.    Still to go: 68.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
