Always as it goes with me. Large loss then back up part way for days.

Met Dawn

Met Dawn- teaches yoga T & R 8:45AM to 9:45AM AT CBC1 UNTIL END OF APRIL.
DAUGHTER (worked at Georgetown hospital) & 3 grandkids in Bethesda.

90.3 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
