Yesterday I ate Valentine's candy and crackers and chips so am .4# over my weekly weight goal. Yesterday I didn't think about today's weigh-in when I was enjoying the goodies. And I did enjoy them so I refuse to beat myself up. Today I have a birthday party and this evening Mexican Train Dominos with friends and food. I plan to bring low carb food and enjoy time with friends and family. I only need to lose almost 61#. That is doable one day at a time--week by week. Father God, give me the willingness to persist and preserver in doing my best and paying attention.
