Lately I haven't been hungry until I go most of the day. Then I get home after 9pm from work and I am so hungry. I'm not eat bad for me stuff just too much of it.
157.4 kg Lost so far: 92.1 kg.    Still to go: 67.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried having it preplanned premade so it's portioned controlled, walk in reheat? Sounds like stress eating to relieve the days pressures. Good luck I know you can over come this one! Your doing great!
