Down a bit more today. Will move up to 40NC/day shortly. I spent a bunch of time last night researching and creating a plan for eating a sandwich this weekend :-). I realize that sounds kind of sad – but it has been almost a year since I have been able to have one as part of a normal meal. But Oroweat makes ‘Sandwich Thins’ that are 100 calories and only 15NC. Now that I can eat 40NC/day this is totally doable – but I think it is best to avoid at night so I will need to wait for the weekend to make it happen.
