My goal was to loose 3 pounds this week. I was going to weigh in tomorrow but I decided to do it a day early out of convenience and it made my day. I lost 5 pounds and still have a day to go. My monthly goal was to get down to 199 by March 1st. I only have 9 lbs to loose to meet that next goal. If I can manage to NOT slip up I am certain that I can make my goal this month. AND that will mean for the first time in 8 years I will be under 200 lbs. Thank you everyone who encourages me. I am thrilled to have found a diet plan that works for me.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
