Woke up to another pound gone for 3 days now, so I'm logging it. Only 3 more to go!

Baggy pants: My pants are so lose today. I still have a couple more pounds of fat to burn in my legs but I am so proud of where I am. I have battled my weight my entire life (I was teased in the 5th grade for being chubby) and I have only been able to put on a bathing suit and feel confident and proud in my adult life a couple of times. Next week, due to a couple months of hard work and determination, I will returning to that happy place again.

I have gained a bit of bulk in my shoulders, due to all the burpees, planks, man makers, and dumbbell workouts. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. I do not want to look like a body builder, I have the utmost respect for those that do it, it's just not for me. I'm thinking I should double up on leg days and let some arm days go.

Last night, I asked my husband to pour me a La Croix and rum. He brought me the glass, which was the size serving I used to have before I started this journey. On this diet, I portion out 1 oz of the rum and only have part of the can of La Croix. I took two sips and woah...I was feeling it. I explained that I'm not eating as much as I used to, and can't drink that much alcohol anymore. It just made me realize that I was over-eating, which led to over-drinking too. I'm sure my liver thanking me for the moderation.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't start ignoring your upper half your in what is called the maintenance phase, Do that portion like once a wk with light weights to achieve a tone look. Great Job Peasy, Your where a lot of women want to be thin and toned !😀
