Fasting Day #23
very small traces of ketosis this morning at 15mg/dL
I had a small refeeding of 4 meat balls during the weekend with too much broth. That caused me a slow down in my weight loss and ketosis/fat burning.
I need to go back again on my strict routine if I want to see results.

69.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aw well, probably good for you to eat a little something after so long! ;) I was wondering, is proper nutrition and vitamin/mineral levels ever an issue with such long fasts? Are the times you eat between fasts enough to replenish levels properly? Do you take supplements at all to help with that?

I don't take supplements so far, I feel great with all those fat released. The only thing that I take is electrolytes due to the high liquid intake, it can be flushed out so I replenish them with a VEGA electrolytes beverage - sugar free and no calories. But usually after 30 days fasting I start to feel some sort of weakness (if I drink only and only water)
