Thanks. I use the Libra app to get a better sense of how fast I'm losing weight and it says about 1.5-1.7 lbs/week. The past couple of days I haven't had much to eat in the evenings (haven't felt like it plus didn't have the time) so I've had a couple of really good weigh ins. I try not to be too excited any one weigh in, because there are a lot of external factors besides fat that I am concerned with (water weight, how much poop is in me, etc). In fact you can look back in my history and see one day where I gained 3 lbs and then the next day I lost the 3 lbs because I ate a large bowl of pho. I fully expect to weigh in a little heavier tomorrow morning when I eat a bigger dinner tonight.
