Yesterday I ate 1 low carb cottage cheese , steak and broccoli and 3 servings of macadamia nuts and one blue bunny ice cream also 2 coffees with grass fed butter ,coconut oil and heavy whipping cream I usually eat more calories than this maybe that's why I dropped ..
