Yesterday I ate 1 low carb cottage cheese , steak and broccoli and 3 servings of macadamia nuts and one blue bunny ice cream also 2 coffees with grass fed butter ,coconut oil and heavy whipping cream I usually eat more calories than this maybe that's why I dropped ..
68.7 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Murph I'm not so sure about that ...after rethinking about yesterday's intake I forgot about a piece of homemade cake my friend brought over 2 Atkins Reece cups and a serving of barnies nut butter 😂

Remembered an old saying. When you eat you lose. When you starve you save. But you have to excersize to make A come true!
