No weight lose since 6/1. I think I know the reason why. I think I need a LOT more fiber and Metamucil. I have been following atkins with the amount of carbs but if no bm no weight loss. Finally setting up the treadmill I bought today.
103.1 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 51.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
