Lost another 1.4 lb. I'm happy, but I keep reading everywhere that the first 10-15 lbs lost in any diet is water only. Apparently there is something like 3 to 5 times as much water stored per glycogen in the body, and the glycogen is lost first (before the fat), so this means lots of water lost all at once, and that I have been losing water since day one.

But this makes sense. The last time I was on a diet, I had to lose at least 10 lbs to notice a difference in how my clothes fit. I guess it'll be the same thing this time, unless I hit a plateau.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
