Honestly, I'm a little perplexed. And disappointed, as I thought this would be the day I finally saw a number in the 160s.
I have felt a little bloat since yesterday, but I don't think that would be enough for a gain.
Ugh.
Plateau? Is this my natural weight?
77.6 kg Lost so far: 58.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
