I thought about not logging this 2 pound weight fluctuation. It is a bit depressing when you are following your plan and hungry off and on etc. I only weigh in once a week. I read on here some people don't put the weight gain on only losses of weight. It is what it is and I can't change it. I always think wow what if I did just eat and drink whatever I want and didn't exercise how much more would I weight? Well look around everywhere you go there people who are overweight and unhealthy. No way am I going to let this gain stop me from not only eating to try to get that belly weight off, but it's to make sure I stay healthy. I could probably minimize the wine drinking at night....busted.
