was unable to keep food or liquids down yesterday. had gone back up to 178 on Friday. lost 6 pounds in 1 day! body had stopped processing food.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
