Back on track, fell off the food wagon this week. I am not going to beat myself up! I need to make sure I have more good days than bad with my new food lifestyle.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
