I'm starting the keto diet tomorrow. I think this site and the support of other will help a lot. I'm a vegetarian so it is going to be a bit tricky I think.. Lots of eggs to start for sure.

Not all of us are keto. I eat like those that live in the Blue Zones. Plant based, legumes, nuts, lots of water, coffee or tea, and I can even drink red wine. Almost 80 lbs down, so it’s working for me. BTW, I’m 60 years old. I have more energy than I did 15 years ago at 45.

Thanks everyone! I really hope I can stick with it. I just updated my goal weight because I realized I typed 175 rather than 145... Makes it seem all the more hard.
