Clarissan's Journal, 21 May 12

Had such a bad week last week and over the weekend. Have my brother in town and it just gave me an excuse to not eat right and say I will get back on track Monday. Well Monday is here and so far I am doing ok. Well its only 9:42 in the morning so I still have all day to do. I feel good and feel determined to get backc on track. I have three weeks to get some pounds off before I go on vacation. It sad that I have to have vacations and high school reunions in the weeks to come to keep me motivated but it is what it is. I will do good this week and the weeks to follow.
