Well I don't know what the probem is I tried adding back a few carbs and the weight added up fast. Total bummer

Now what should I try another type of diet or life style??
84.8 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Hi, you need to do something to burn those cal's off. Further back in your journal you talked about getting on the excersize bandwagon.maybe you should take your advice and apply it to that.you'll be surprised how that grandfathered fat start's slipping away.lol
