2017 had me starting a 9-5 office job while also working a second job on weekends/evenings resulting in a lot of weight gain. All of my pants are too tight, even the new ones I’ve just bought, somehow. Well I’ve managed to quit my second job and I’m desperate to feel healthy again. Big grocery shop tomorrow and I’m ready to do this.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
