gotten pretty far off of my diet, and here are the results... Ouch. But oh well, today is a new day and I am back on track so far. I also got a digital scale for Christmas to weigh my food so I can more precisely record my intake. Hoping with this new little toy I'll be even more motivated. Hope everyone had a great holiday!
