well I generally fluctuate day to day but wrighing in day to day helps me see where I am at so that I don't just give in. I will be honest, since I am not in my usual life since this surgery and Christmas is blah with no visiting or decorations, I'm not wortying about losing til Jan 2nd :) . That's when I will begin to track and hopefully shop and eat better. Merry Christmas Everyone!!❤🎄
