I had gone off over the weekend. Don't know why. Got back on track on monday. I had gianed 8 lbs. in that time off. But now i've lost those 8 plus 2 more.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 52.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
