Here I am.. back again rapidly heading to my weight from two years ago that was so hard to loose! Feeling rotten. In anycase, will try follow my weight a bit more...

61.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg. Still to go: 6.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.
