I knew I wasn't in for a huge loss after three takeaways and a bunch of chocolate. The exercise bike definitely helped me lose some this week though thank goodness.
95.9 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thanks all! hippy-01, I use it when I'm not working as I'm standing for all of my shifts. so 2-4 times a week.
