Haven't been dieting. Been drinking my gallon of water and green tea every day. I gave up red meat and pork a month ago. Starting on the first I am giving up sugar as much as possible. Been building a gym in our basement.
166.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 52.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
