2.5 KILOS DOWN!!!!!!!! And there I was hoping for at least 500 grams in the first week! Am very very happy with that. Not going to go silly though. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and try to up my exercise a little more each day. (Shouldn't be hard with my youngest keeping me busy)
So there you go. First week wasn't so bad after all. My challenge to myself this week is ZERO chocolate and ZERO alcohol because I did indulge a little on Sunday with it being Mothers day and all. Wish me luck!
