Weighed in this morning and I am down another 1/2 a pound....not a lot, but it is good to see that I am getting closer to my goal! I am sticking pretty good with everything, have a cheat here and there, but I am good with it and I am very happy with my progress! I can't wait to see the scale say 150...it has been so long since I have been there!!!

Meals for the day:
Breakfast ~ Grapefruit
snack ~ Light & Fit Raspberry Yogurt
Lunch ~ Chicken
snack ~ a piece of fruit
Dinner ~ not sure yet

Heading to the gym again today at lunch, feeling really great about the work outs I have been getting in....have a wonderful day everyone!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

1/2 lb down is much better than 1/2 up! You're doing great. Once you get in the habit of going to the gym it's easy and makes you feel so much better!
