Ok new rules for myself:

record everything I eat and drink
measure everything
stop going to the shop before work to get junk when I feel low
eat fruit or veg with every meal
88.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
