Eating meat causes too much inflammation in my joints, and I feel that Primal Blueprint emphasizes that. The safest foods for me seem to be raw fruits and vegetables. They don't cause inflammation, and unlike grains and legumes, they don't give me gas or upset my stomach. I'm going to try Raw Fruits & Vegetables, again. This time, I will emphasize anti-inflammatory foods and rely on fish as my main source of protein.
