I just haven't had the energy to do much since I am anemic. I started yesterday on working it out to build up my iron. I don't know how long it will take to get my energy back, but this sucks severly to go from working out 1-2 hours a day to maybe a forced 30 minute walk! Other than that, in the evening I just lay around. I gotta beat this!
54.0 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
