ate a ribeye steak today🐂🐃 havent had a steak of any kind in months, was good but food doesnt seem to taste as good as it should🤔 i guess all that rabbit food (salad) i eat has changed my taste buds😕whatever it will be months til i eat another steak😝

You can eat steak it's protein. The trick is to eat fewer carbs. When you cut your carbs to below 20 or cut them out entirely you allow your body to use your stored fat for fuel., thus losing weight hope this helps! Good luck
