Much better on the diet front today and I think the weight was only up because of that time. I'm sure it'll get back down soon.

Just a dog walk and house cleaning today.

53.3 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg. Still to go: 3.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
