4th day without Hcg1234 drops. I'm up 1#. I guess drops really did help. I need to try a new recipe and make sure I drink enough water and keep carbs low enough. And continue to enjoy the journey. I'm sitting here at 8:49 a.m. trying to decide what to eat for lunch. The Sr.Center is serving a Thankgiving dinner which is way too many carbs. I could bring a spring mix salad with chicken breast. Doesn't sound that good right now. I'll be leaving to go play cards at around 10:00 so guess I will get ready. Sometimes the journey seems to be a lone walk.
