having a plan helps with my weight loss journey. I had a 1-1 with my sw consultant and we made a plan for the rest of the week up to weigh in day.
I can't wait to see the results on saturday
109.9 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
