Today I pushed it a bit went for a power walk 2 miles wow that is an accomplishment for me.
Brought me to 5000 steps
New goal: to increase my activity and steps to 8000 or more a day.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
