I've been away for this site for a while and I've missed it very much. I'm focused on losing weight from now until the end of 2017, not just living a healthy lifestyle. My goal is 15-20lbs. by Jan. 1, 2018. This means I have to focus on my meal intake and workouts more closely. This is day one of tracking.
