Another day, thank God I made it through yesterday. I was hungry for a steak. I went to Claim Jumper and ordered ribs off the kids menu. Three ribs, BBQ sauce on the side. I had about 1/3 of the caesar salad and maybe a third of the roasted veggies. No bread or croutons. I was full so brought rest of the salad and veggies home. I still burned 1# of abnormal fat.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
