Nov. 10, 2017 Last night I could hardly sleep. My weight was bothering me. Long story short, I felt hepless last night, I had no idea what would happen this morning. This morning, Praise God, I woke up on my own at 5A. I did my morning routine, cat, coffee, news on tv. I walked around the house and the feelings of the night before began to haunt me. It was around 630-645 I decided to just "try" to do as much of "the tape" as I could. When I finished the tape, I cried. I was so thankful to All Mighty God. I did the entire tape. Nothing cracked, popped, got sore, and I felt the full benefits of working out the "way I used to". I had not been getting that endorphin release in the past ten years. Something has clearly been blocking that receptor, and it is just dawning on me to explore that trigger. Part of it all comes down to aging, but there is minutia in it as well. So, hopefully, this is the beginning of a wonderful journey of weight loss, health, aging, enjoying life and watching the wonders of All Mighty God. Praise Him, Amen!
