I weigh-in at TOPS today. It looks like I'll have another week of loss. Not getting rid of 1/2 # of abnormal fat a day but still getting rid or it week by week. Consistency IS what I want. I did walk yesterday. Thinking of sta biking this norning. Just woke up so will need to shower and dress quickly if I'm going to go to the gym this morning. Sure don't look forward to taking 10 months to reach my goal.
93.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
