Yesterday made it to the gym. Stuck to adapted protoco except didn't weigh white fish after cooking so may have had too big a portion. Today I plan to weigh and measure as I weigh in tomorrow at TOPS. It looks like I will have a loss.
93.6 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
