Hooray. I maintained the 2 lb loss. My check came in today so I just got home from shopping. I had Mexican for lunch and bought a pint of Rum Raisin Icecream (today's"spike day), but everything else I bought was on plan. I have to go put away groceries and feed the fur babies. I'll check in later. Hugs!!!
101.2 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on maintaining the 2lb loss, Johanne. I hope the Rum Raisin ice cream doesn't hurt it too much. Ice cream is not something I ever missed, being dairy intolerant. I never much cared for it. Have a great evening.

Heather, it has no gluten. I can handle dairy, thank goodness. I will probably have a bit of gain tomorrow. Today was my spike so I have a whole week to make up for it and, hopefully, lose a bit more. I'm pretty much back to my WOE and I'm walking again. Gigi, this is the first time I've gotten any in over a year. It's still my favorite. LOL

Awesome on maintaining..thats almost as good as a loss...Love icecream but I'm lactose intolerant so have to do something else...Have a great Friday...:O)
