Guess my parsnip chips the other day caught up with me. I am up a smidgen (.4) today. Put colon cleanse greens in whey smoothie yesterday and still had low carbs but not as low as normal. Today I weigh in at TOPs so usually don't eat or drink anything until after weigh in. Hot coffee and MCT oil would probably clear colon but when?? To drink or not to drink? That is the question.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
