Still lost fat eating high fat, low calorie and low carb yesterday. Hopefully it won't show back up tomorrow with more. Today I am planning to focus on drinking 80 oz. of water.
94.2 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
