So it's only been 4 days and I have gotten my eating and appetite under control. Haven't really been eating takeout, don't eat after 6pm, and almost cut soda completely out. I've already lost the bloat and almost back at my lowest. Feeling proud but still determined. I want to see the 140s again!!
