was a bit worried to weigh myself today cos I had a terrible day yesterday...I just gave in to the bad food :o(
Gonna be stronger today! :o)
80.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's the spirit! Just having a bad day doesn't mean it has to be a bad week. Although, I don't see what's so bad about your food intake? I'd eat that...probably why I'm not losing any weight! I don't have a clue what one of those things was at lunch...? Can't even spell it.

lol the pupusa is like a stuffed tortilla (wrap) with cheese beans pork all these bad things but it's OH SO GOOD! gave in to the chocolate again today! other than that so far so good...thank you!
