Drank 1 gallon water, eat salmon , 1/4 cups sweet potato and salad for lunch at 5pm.
dinner ate a skewer of satay, a Don Prata with egg, 2 Digestive biscuit with almond milk coffe.
62.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
