I was short on turkey breast for dinner last night. I only had 2 oz. left. I put itbin my salad and was satisfied. At lunch I'm unsure how much beef and lettuce, tomato and onion I had because I had a low carb thick burger at Carl's Jr with no cheese or mustard or catsup or secret sauce. Usually I weigh my foods to be accurate. I usually don't eat out on this plan. Yesterday I found out that the only restaurant I have found with affordable delicious small steaks that were my favorite (Golden Steer in Stanton) closed down. It was afternoon and I was hungry for red meat so chose Carl's. Last night I was more tired than usual and my stomach felt uncomfortable so I had 3 brazil nuts to ease the discomfort. I'm not sure if I had enough food yesterday so maybe the stomach discomfort. Also I didn't sleep as well as usual last night. So this morning at my weigh-in I am up .4#. This protocol is unforgiving but I am pleased to have shed 14.6# of abnormal fat since starting on September 30. Perhaps I could have lost more but I am pleased with my progress. I have lost inches all over and my body fat went from 33% to 30% while my lean body mass increased. This is good to acknowledge and report. Are their any Hcg1234 users out their with their progress?
