Yesterday was a good diet day.

Had a good workday, effective school day, and ate sensibly. Had 4 Taco's for lunch (600 cals). I made a bunch of chicken over the weekend so I did not want to overdo it.

For dinner I have chicken, veggies, and butternut squash for my "starch". I just made a lil' stir fry out of it and it was good.

I joined a challenge with my friend Madjak to lose 30 lbs over the summer. This morning I was honestly thinking of pigging out bigtime leading up to the challenge ala "Biggest Loser". Nah, I aint gonna do that.

LOL - I think we've all given ourself a "head start" on a diet race by over eating just before the first weigh-in. I gotta give you a bonus point for NOT doing that. Good luck beating Madjak. :) The race is on!
