About 2 wks ago I cooked a Tofu stir-fry that turned out really good, here is the recipe, I cooked it on a gas stove, if cooking on an electric, your steam time may vary. 536calories, 21g protein and it made enough to feed 2 people or for lunch and dinner. Dynasty Maifun Rice Sticks (Rice noodles) 2oz-200calories, Nasoya Organic Extra Firm Tofu 207g-210calories, Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce 1/4cup-80calories, organic yellow onion, organic broccoli, organic baby carrots- all veggies added to preference though. Steamed broccoli, carrots, and half the onions for my preference ten minutes. While veggies are steaming the rice noodles are soaking, and I am frying tge tofu and onion until the tofu gets browned on 2 sides. Then add the rice noodles (cut up a little so it mixes well), and steamed veggies, and stir. Then once mixed add your sauce, quickly stir in the stir-fry sauce and once mixed well immediately remove from pan (if you let the sauce cook, it will burn and taste bad).
